Working principle of bucket elevator

The hopper takes the material out of the warehouse from the bottom, and then the material moves upwards through a conveyor or chain, passes around the thrust roller, flips downwards, and is poured into the receiving trough using a bucket elevator. The drive belt of bucket elevator with drive device usually uses rubber belts installed at the bottom or top of the drive drum and the top and bottom of the reversible drum. A bucket chain hoist typically has two parallel drive chains, with a pair of drive sprockets at the top or bottom and a pair of reversible sprockets at the bottom or top. Bucket elevators are usually equipped with a casing to prevent dust from scattering inside the elevator.
